Pour ces deux journées, le CNFPT et la MOT s'associent et proposent aux cadres dirigeants des collectivités, ainsi qu'à l'ensemble du réseau de la MOT, un atelier de réflexion et d'échanges de pratiques autour de plusieurs thématiques : la gouvernance multi-niveaux des territoires transfrontaliers, la conception de politiques publiques à dimension transfrontalière, le "transfrontalier du quotidien". La formation laissera place à l’expression des participants et se situera dans une dynamique prospective.
